2. Weather-Related Cancellations: - Safety is our top priority. If inclement weather conditions are deemed unsafe by our staff, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your rental at no charge. - Weather-related cancellations made by customers due to personal discomfort or concerns about weather conditions must still adhere to the standard cancellation policy.

No Show Policy: - If you fail to arrive for your scheduled rental (a "no-show"), you will be charged the full rental fee, and no refunds will be provided. - Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled rental time to ensure a timely departure. Late arrivals may result in a shortened rental duration, with no refund for the unused time.

4. Rescheduling: - We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Customers may reschedule their rental, subject to availability, at no additional charge, provided the rescheduling request is made at least 24 hours in advance.
